Last updated on 11/04/2023

Welcome to Citadel Environmental Solutions Ltd (CES).

In these terms, we also refer to CES as “our”, “we”, or “us”.

And you are you!

What are these terms about?

These terms apply when you use this website, being https://www.cb-biostimulant.com, and any other websites we operate with the same domain name and a different extension (“Website”).

These terms also apply when you purchase any of our biostimulant products through this Website (“Products”).

How do I read these terms?

We separated these terms into three parts, so they are easy to read and understand.

Those parts are:

  • Part A: Terms for when you buy Products (applies when you buy)
  • Part B: Terms for when you browse and interact with this Website (applies when you browse)
  • Part C: Liability and warranties, and interpretation provisions (applies to both buying and browsing)

Please let us know if you have any questions about these terms, and don’t continue using this Website or purchase any Products unless you have read and agree to these terms.

I’ve returned to your Website, do I need to read these terms again?

Once you place an Order, the terms accepted at the point of sale will apply to your purchase of those Products. However, please note that we may change any part of these terms at any time by updating this page of the Website, so you may find that different terms apply next time you use this Website or purchase Products. You can check the date at the top of this page to see when we last updated these terms.

Part A    For When You Buy Products…

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that up to 14 days after receiving your Products, in some cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (applicable in the United Kingdom) requires that all our Products are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality and so nothing in these terms affects statutory rights.

If this Act applies to you, given the nature of our Products, you will only be entitled to a refund or replacement in terms of this agreement.

This is a summary of some of your key rights in the United Kingdom. For detailed information from Citizens Advice please visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk or call 0808 223 1133.

The information above summarises some of your key rights. It is not intended to replace the contract below, which you should read carefully.

If you have any questions about this contract or any orders you have placed, please contact us by sending an email to: info@cb-biostimulant.com.

      1. By submitting an order for purchase of a Product using the Website’s functionality (Order) you represent and warrant that:

      2. Submitting an Order constitutes your intention and offer to enter into Part A of these terms (including Part C which you agreed to by using this Website) where we will provide you with the Products you have ordered in exchange for your payment of the total amount listed upon checkout.
      3. Part A of these terms is not agreed between you and us until we have approved your payment and you receive an email from us confirming that your order is being processed.

      1. By law, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that we must give you certain key information before a legally binding contract between you and us is made. This information is set out at the start of these terms. If you cannot access this information for any reason, you are welcome to contact us using the functionality on the Website, or at the contact email address above, and we will provide you with a copy of this information.
      2. The key information we give you by law forms part of this contract (as though it is set out in full here).
      3. If we have to change any key information once a legally binding contract between you and us is made, we can only do this if you agree to it.
